Emmanuel defeated Berry 6-3 in a men's tennis match in Franklin Springs, Ga., Tuesday afternoon.

Berry received one of its points from its No. 1 doubles tandem of Logan Yerbey and Jonathan Surls, who defeated Ty Smith and Joao Lisboa 9-8.

Jake Pullen and Steven Weeks also earned singles wins for Berry.

Pullen defeated Lisboa 6-2, 6-2 in the third singles position, while Weeks defeated Matt Lynch 8-4 in a pro set in the fifth position.

Berry is scheduled to return to action Wednesday, when it hosts Covenant at Richards Tennis Courts at 2:30 p.m.
