CLEVELAND, Tenn. - Berry took on day two of the Lee Invitational on the road with top performances across the board.
Women's Highlights:
Burke, Tedesco, and Denney all finish with PR's in the 10000m
Onoyeme Egure took first in the shot put with a 13.15m throw and was followed by teammate
Malysha Winston who finished fourth.
Macy Murdock completed the heptathlon with an impressive third place finish with a score of 3994, the 5
th best mark in all of D3 so far this season.
Emily Kate Thompson finished first in the Heptathlon with a score of 4397, breaking her school record and holding the best mark in D3!
Junior
Madi Duke had a PR in the High Jump with a clearance of 1.53m
Winston PR'd and finished third in the hammer with a new Berry School Record of 49.62m
Freshman
Sofia Henderson had a big third place finish in the discus with a PR of 34.97
DeLeo and Phillips took third and fifth in the Javelin
Men's Highlights:
Connor Cole took third in the 110H with a season best of 15.40.
Jahari Jones won the 400m with a time of 49.05 and he finished 4
th overall in the 200m
George Ketch, a sophomore hit a big PR in the Hammer with a throw of 44.11m
Senior
Deiondre Wilson hit a PR in the 100m with a time of 10.81 and so did
Jaden Melville with a time of 11.09
Sophomore
Ethan Smith finished 8
th in the 1500m with a time of 3:58.25
The High jump was finished third overall by
Gage Lee for the Vikings and he also finished third in the pole vault
Berry will be back in action at the KSU Invitational this Friday, March 29.
