2016: Named to the SAA Academic Honor Roll...competed in eight meets...set four personal records...ran two personal records at the Shorter Invitational (3/26) in the 800m and 1500m with times of 2:10.14 and 4:20.98 respectively...set a personal record at the High Point VertKlasse Meeting (4/1-2) in the 5K posting a time of 16:24.86.

2015: Competed in five meets and set three personal records...ran a personal record in the 800m at the Shorter Relays (3/28), clocking in at 2:12.63...clocked in a three-second personal record in the 5000m at the UNF Twlight (4/10), posting a time of 16:54...placed 10th at in the 1500m at the SAA Championships (4/24-25), clocking in a personal best time of 4:22.

2014: Named to the SAA Spring 2014 Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll. Competed in nine meets and achieved four personal records...ran a 53-second personal record in the 5000m at the SAA Indoor Challenge (2/15), clocking in at 16:57...ran a personal best in the 1500m twice...his fastest time was at the Shorter Relays (3/29), where he achieved a personal record time of 4:24...ran a personal record in the 10000m at the SAA Track and Field Championships (4/25), clocking in at 37:42. 

High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track at North Paulding High School in Dallas, Georgia...three-time cross country team captain...earned Coach's Award in track and twice in cross country...member of student leadership team...school nominee for Vince Dooley Award...member of National Honor Society...graduated with honors...active in student government.

Personal: Carl Daniel Mushrush was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas...the son of Dawn and Carl Mushrush...on-campus job: cross country recruiting assistant...also a member of the Berry cross country team...majoring in exercise science at Berry.
