High School: Graduated with honors from Oconee County High School in Watkinsville Georgia...earned the the Vince Dooley Award 2015 and the Track Coaches Award 2014 and 2015...ran a 5K cross country season best of 17:19 as a senior...personal best was 17:10 as a junior...member of the GHSA 3A State 4th place team...has 1600 and 3200 personal best times of 4:45 and 10:53...also ran a 1:59 800 meter time and finished 5th in the GHSA State 3A T&F Championships....cum laude graduate...member of Beta Club...Eagle Scout. 

Personal: Jon Gogal is the son of Nancy and Robert Gogal...has an older brother, Nick...majoring in animal science at Berry.
