GULF SHORES, Ala. - Berry Beach Volleyball concluded day two of the Badger Beach Bash hosted by Spring Hill College with two wins, one over the host and the other over William and Carey.

Match One: Berry 3 - Spring Hill 2
The Vikings took down the Badgers for the first time in program history for their second defeat of a D2 team this weekend. Kara Schmit and Madie Whitehead clinched the dual win after being split 2-2!

1. Kaylee Howell and Becky Blaydes defeated Spring Hill 21-19, 21-17
2. Keira Kruk and Sabine Rudolph fell to Spring Hill 21-18, 21-13
3. Kara Schmit and Madie Whitehead defeated Spring Hill 21-11, 21-19
4. Kat Kelyman and Grace Mau fell to Spring Hill 21-14, 21-10
5. Lilly Teagle and Andrea Hurt defeated Spring Hill 21-19, 27-25
6. Ailee England and Blakely Barnes fell to Spring Hill 21-15, 21-17

Match Two: Berry 5 - William and Carey 0
Berry had a full team effort in the sweep after a long hot day on the beach. There was a close battle with Kaylee Howell and Becky Blaydes in the first flight going to three as well as Lilly Teagle and Andrea Hurt pulling out the three set win in the five pair.

2. Keira Kruk and Ailee England defeated William and Carey 21-13, 22-20
3. Kara Schmit and Madie Whitehead defeated William and Carey 21-18, 23-21
4. Kat Kelyman and Grace Mau defeated William and Carey 21-18, 21-16
5. Lilly Teagle and Andrea Hurt defeated William and Carey 18-21, 21-14, 16-14

Berry will finally be home this weekend to host their Berry Kick-Off tournament!
