SAVANNAH, Ga. - Women's Golf has finalized their first tournament of the spring season, their host event where they finished 15
th overall against top ranked teams.
As a team, they finished three strokes behind Piedmont University and fell to 15
th after being tied for 14
th in yesterday's round.
Berry shot a total 329 on today's 18 holes.
Teagan Fritts and
Sydney Bowes led for the Vikings, both finishing tied for 34
th after second round scores of 82 and 80, respectively. Bowes matched her performance on birdies yesterday with two.
Following the Vikings top two,
Clara Smith shot 82 while
Audrey Stafford and
Amanda Milner rounded out the final round with a score of 85 and 88.
Carnegie Mellon took the top two spots in the tournament.
Women's golf will return to action at Jekyll Island on March 22-24.
