2012: Member of SAA regular season and tournament champion Vikings team. Appeared in 21 matches and 51 sets...dished out five assists on the season...picked up 38 digs...totaled 12 service aces...collected five digs against Oglethorpe (10/9)...had five service aces, two digs, and added on an assist versus Wesleyan (Ga.) (10/27)...finished with four digs against Rhodes (11/2).
2011: Played in all 30 matches and appeared in a total of 87 sets...tallied 60 digs (0.69 digs per set average) in 21 of the 30 matches...recorded a match high of 10 digs during a 3-set sweep of Fisk on Oct. 28...contributed a pair of kills for the season...averaged 0.15 service aces per set with a total of 13 aces for the season.
2010: Defensive specialist played in 31 matches and 86 sets as a freshman…recorded 102 digs and a 1.19 digs per set average…finished the season with 13 service aces (0.15 per set) and 19 assists (0.22 per set)…recorded a pair of kills on 19 total attempts…set career high with 12 digs in 5-set match against Clearwater Christian on Oct. 8…10 digs in 3-set sweep of Sewanee on Sept. 5…recorded eight assists and three service aces in a 4-set win over CCNY.
High School: Lettered in volleyball, softball and golf at Ridge View High School in Columbia, S.C.... team captain in volleyball.. earned several All-Tournament honors...earned the Scholars Academy Outstanding Scholar-Athlete Award...honor roll student...AP Scholar and Senior Scholar...Wellesley Book Award recipeint a a senior...four-year member of the Scholar's Symposium Council and served as it's Vice President for the 2009-2010 term...awarded the Babcock Center Outstanding Service Award as a senior.
Personal: Megan Woodall was born in Columbia, S.C....the daughter of Greg and Laurie Woodall...has one brother, Josh...her uncle, Brad Woodall, played baseball at UNC Chapel Hill and continued his career with the Atlanta Braves, Milwaukee Brewers and Chicago Cubs...majoring in animal science at Berry College.
