Berry College

ABOUT: Cali is a product of Birmingham, Alabama, and she is majoring in psychology. Armstead chose Berry because it felt like the perfect fit, due in large part to her feeling valued by the coaching staff and her teammates. Cali also valued academics and felt that Berry’s curriculum exceeded her expectations.

HIGH SCHOOL: Cali graduated from Homewood High School, where she was an exceptional student athlete. She was an AAU Academic All-American, an AP Scholar, and she won the award for AP National African American Recognition. She also was selected to be part of the National Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta – Math Honor Society. Athletically, she was an All-South Metro Second Team Selection, AHSVCA All-State Honorable Mention, and was a career team captain for the Alabama Performance Club. Cali was also team captain for Homewood as well.
