ABOUT: Cooper is from Kennesaw, Georgia and the son of Jenni and Chris Goodson. His biggest sports influence is Haotong Li, and he enjoys basketball, pickleball, and playing guitar in his free time.

HIGH SCHOOL: He graduated from Cornerstone Preparatory Academy as a four-time individual state champion, GSGA Atlanta Junior Open Champion, and HJGT Bear's Best Junior Open Champion. Off the course, he was a member of the beta club and an ACSI Christian Student Athlete Award winner.
