2013-14: SAA Sportsmanship Team. Named to the SAA Spring 2014 Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll. Competed in ten meets and set six personal records...swam a personal best in the 100-yard breaststroke at the SCAD Invitational (12/6), with a time of 1:28.55...set three personal records at the SAA Conference Championships (2/14-16)...achieved a personal record in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 28.51...clocked in a personal record in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:52.89.

High School: Recipient of Excellence in Economics, Excellence in Music and John Phillips Sousa Award...member of the marching band, symphony, Key Club and National Honor Society.

Personal: Sofie Maria De Wandel was born in Rome, Ga....the daughter of Martine Osselaer and Roger De Wandel...has one sister, Valerie...majoring in exercise science at Berry College.
