2014: Received the team's most improved award...finished in the top-twenty three times, including one top-ten finish...competed in all seven 8K races...improved his 8K personal best three times...finished 14th at the Centre Invitational (9/13), posting a time of 28:42...helped the team to a second place finish at the SAA Cross Country Championships (11/1), posting a time of of 27:31 and placing 16th...lead the team to an eighth place finish at the South/Southeast Regional Championships (11/15), running a personal best time of 26:51 and placing 39th.
