Margaret Knight Ellington has announced the five new additions to the roster ahead of the 2026-27 season.
Suzette Tittle
Suzette is a native of Roswell, Georgia and graduated from James Madison High School as her class valedictorian. As a member of the Bull Run Jumpers, she earned a NAYC team silver medal in 2023 and represented the United States in foreign competitions. Suzette will be majoring in animal sciences, and she chose Berry because of their academics and the serenity of the campus. Her biggest sports influence is Kristen Vanderveen, and she enjoys working on her car, shooting, and traveling in her free time.
Ainsley Russell
Ainsley is a native of Sunbury, Ohio and the daughter of Angela and Matthew Russell. She graduated magna cum laude from Big Walnut High School as a member of the National Honors Society and National French Honors Society. Athletically, she won the 2026 Varsity Open Championship with IEA Nationals, the USHJA National Non-Pro Hunter Derby at WEC, and more. Ainsley will be majoring in psychology and minoring in political science, and she chose Berry because of the beautiful campus and welcoming environment. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, pickleball, hanging out with friends, and runs a small business baking and selling horse treats.
Anna Bergstrom
Anna is a native of Mableton, Georgia and the daughter of Amy and Jason Bergstrom. She graduated from Pebblebrook High School, which allowed her to attend the Cobb County Center for Excellence in the performing arts magnet program. Since she started competing at 10 years old, she's qualified for the 2025 National Horse Show Hamel Medal Finals, the NCEA and USEF Hunt Seat Medal Finals, and was the 2023 Georgia Reserve High Point Rider in her division. Anna will be majoring in pre physical therapy and minoring in marketing, and she chose Berry because of the tight knit community and the support academically.
Polina Vallecilla Lukauskis
Polina is from Prosper, Texas and graduated from Walnut Grove High School as an AP Scholar with Distinction. She will be majoring in animal science, and she chose Berry because of the amazing hands-on pre-veterinary academic program that will help her pursue her dream of becoming a small animal vet. Polina enjoys ice skating, cooking, sleeping, and going to the park with her dogs in her spare time.
Mary Garner
Mary is from Vero Beach, Florida and the daughter of Sarah and Christopher Garner. She graduated from Laurel Springs School. She will be majoring in animal science, and she chose Berry because of the strong academics and highly respected equestrian program. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, boating, and hanging out at the barn.
