MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - Berry Softball, the 2024 Regular Season Champion, has earned their right to host the first round of the SAA Championships this weekend.
The first rounds consist of two pods, one being hosted by Berry and the other taking place at Birmingham-Southern. The Mount Berry pod will consist of the Berry Vikings, Centre Colonels, and Sewanee Tigers.
Berry has had a phenomenal season going perfect in SAA play at 18-0 and currently sits at No. 5 in the nation with many top ranked statistics in the NCAA.
Day one features the Colonels versus the Tigers at 2:30 PM ET at Kay Williams Field.

The winner of that game will advance and play Berry at 5:00 PM ET, and the losers of each game will play to see who goes home on the following day at 12:00 PM ET.

The Pod winner will advance to the Championship series the following weekend and the series will be held at the highest seed.
