Box Score Berry's women's tennis team closed a perfect weekend in Southern Athletic Association play Sunday morning as the Vikings defeated visiting Millsaps, 9-0, at the Rome Tennis Center in Rome, Ga.

The Vikings won every match, and won all of the singles matches in straight sets. Lauren Masteller dropped just four games en route to a straight sets win at the No. 2 line. Sakura Manning had 6-3 wins in each set at the No. 5 position. Olivia Walton and Lacey Craig each won a set 6-4 and 6-3. Juliana Mascagni picked up a victory at the top line, earning a late break in the first set to push momentum to an easy win in the second. Angelle Thornton also earned a late break in set one at No. 6 singles and rode the momentum to a straight sets win.

The Vikings will be back in action this Friday when they host Oglethorpe at 3 p.m.
