Berry's
Noah Koch stayed unbeaten in Southern Athletic Association singles play Saturday in Memphis, Tenn., as the Vikings fell 8-1 to Rhodes in men's tennis action.
The sophomore rolled to a 6-4, 6-3 win at No. 1 singles for the Vikings. With Berry down 3-0 after doubles play, the Vikings were in need of a comeback in singles. Berry tried to continue to put pressure on at No. 5 and No. 6 singles, as
Aiden Benoualid and
Kyle Lutian, respectively, each went to third set tiebreaks. However, the Vikings would fall in each tiebreak, including a tough 16-14 loss for Benoualid at No. 5.
Berry wraps up the regular season Sunday at Hendrix.
