Box Score MOUNT BERRY, Ga.- The No.13-ranked Berry Vikings (18-4, 12-0 SAA) celebrated senior day by clinching the Southern Athletic Association regular season title defeating Hendrix in three sets (25-18, 25-18, 25-16) in the Cage Center on Sunday afternoon. All three seniors,
Jazzy Innis,
Olivia Mallow, and Zoe Wooten combined for 27 points on the day.

Back to back blocks from Wooten and
Lura Underwood put the Vikings ahead 7-6 early in the first set. Berry kept climbing putting themselves at a 16-11 distance thanks to a service ace from
Andrea Hurt.
Bella Boston aced the Warriors to make it 24-16 Vikings.
           The second set started off a tight contest, with Hendrix finding themselves up a point 11-10. But a big solo block from Wooten tied it right back up which sparked a five point scoring run for Berry. A block from Mallow and Lindsay MacDiarmid continued to set Berry apart in the match 22-15.
           A massive kill from
Jazzy Innis put the Vikings ahead 4-1 to start the third set. The Berry offense put down seven kills in the next 13 points played. A monster kill from Underwood took the Vikings to set point, Mallow finished the job, putting one down in the back corner to end it.

The defense totaled 10 blocks in three sets, Wooten led the group with three and a half. Boston led the team in kills totaling 12, MacDiarmid set up 35 assists and Katie Whittle had 20 digs in the back row.

The Vikings will continue SAA play on the road Friday, facing Millsaps at 4 p.m. EDT.
