MINNEAPOLIS – Berry College's Devin Grier was named to D3football.com's first-team All-America team for defense, the organization announced this week.
 
Grier, a defensive back from Lawrenceville, Ga., earned All-SAA first-team recognition earlier this year. Playing in all four games for the Vikings this season, he was a standout on defense. Overall, he recorded 11 tackles and two interceptions. The two interceptions came in the SAA championship game vs. Hendrix College that would help lead the Vikings to their fifth straight conference title.
