HILTON HEAD, S.C. — Both the Berry College men's and women's tennis teams earned wins on Tuesday at the Hilton Head Tournament as the women topped Gettysburg 5-4 while the men bested Endicott 8-1.
The win was the second of the tournament for both teams, as the men's team improved to 3-2 on the year, and the women's team moved to 3-1.
BERRY MEN'S STANDOUTS:
- Ryan Miner: 6-4, 6-0 (No. 2 Singles)
- Jordan Crance: 6-0, 6-2 (No. 3 Singles)
- Rory Gatt: 6-3, 6-2 (No. 4 Singles)
- Clay Jones: 6-4, 6-3 (No. 6 Singles)
BERRY WOMEN'S STANDOUTS:
- Kathryn Barker: 6-4, 6-7 (5), 1 (6) (No. 2 Singles)
- Sydney Stone: 6-1, 6-3 (No. 4 Singles)
- Karleigh Dills: 4-6, 7-6, 1 (No. 5 Singles)

Both teams will return to action Thursday, March 15 against Ohio Wesleyan.
