Women's Soccer Falls to Emory 3-0 on Tuesday Night

ATLANTA — The Berry College women's soccer team fell to Emory University 3-0 on Tuesday night, falling to 5-4-1 on the year.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

  • The Vikings were outshot in both periods, with keeper Alyssa Stevens collecting seven saves for the match
  • Berry was able to pick up the pace at the end of the first half with two shots by Samantha Schoppy and Anna Salisbury in the 40th and 42nd minutes. Salisbury's shot hit off the crossbar.
  • The Vikings survived 11 corner kicks from the Eagles.
