LEXINGTON, Ky. – John Tischner and Daniel Shaw each scored a goal as the Berry College men's soccer team held on to defeat Berea College, 2-0 on Sunday afternoon. 

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Vikings outshout the Mountaineers, 26-5.
• Berry held on to the win, scoring both of their goals in the second half.
• Both teams added 2 corner kicks in the win.

• Tischner: 5 shots, 1 shot on goal, 1 goal
• Shaw: 6 shots, 4 shots on goal, 1 goal
• Steven Moore: 3 shots, 1 shot on goal

• Million Beshah: 4 shots, 2 shots on goal

• The Vikings moved to 2-1 on the season.
• Shaw has now matched his goal total from last year and his career best with three in the first three games of the year.
