ATLANTA – Emory's Danielle Darius scored in overtime as the Berry College women's soccer team fell to Emory University 3-2 on Wednesday afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Maggie Midkiff and Meredith Beretta each tallied in the second half to tie the game at, 2-2, going into overtime.
- Darius then scored in the 91st minute to ensure the Emory victory.
- The Eagles led the game in shots, 35-4.
- Emory also led the game in corner kicks 11-1, while Berry led the game in saves, 8-0.
