CONWAY, Ark. -- Caleb Lucas and Alex Rotoloni scored goals as Berry College defeated Rhodes, 2-0, in Southern Athletic Association tournament action on Friday night.

Berry improved to 10-5-3 and Rhodes ends its year at 6-10-2.

The shutout was the tenth of the year for BC.

Lucas netted his goal in the eighth minute. Josh Fancher earned the assist on the play. The score remained 1-0 at halftime.

Rotoloni tallied in the 81st minute for BC. It was the freshman's first collegiate goal.

Berry led in shots (12-7) and each team earned one corner kick. Logan Hill returned to action, made three saves and got the win. Riley Sheen made five stops for the Lynx.

Berry plays the Oglethorpe-Sewanee winner on Saturday. Match time is 3:30 p.m. EST.
