Berry Dominant at Top of the Order in 6-3 Win Over BSC

Berry's women's tennis team won the top two doubles matches and the top four singles matches en route to a 6-3 victory over Birmingham-Southern Sunday at Berry's Richards Tennis Courts.

Jenn Tinnell, Alex Sanguily, Caitlin Smith and Keri McGinnis all won twice for the Vikings.

Tinnell and Sanguily teamed up to defeat Moya Moore and Emily Hoist 8-3 in the No. 1 doubles match, while the duo of Smith and McGinnis beat Raeann Lamere and Terria Punturo 8-6 in the second doubles contest.

Berry won the top four singles matches in straight sets. Tinnell defeated Moore 6-4, 6-3; Sanguily defeated Lamere 6-4, 6-1; Smith beat Holst 6-3, 6-2; and McGinnis defeated Punturo 6-1, 6-1.

Berry will return to action April 10 at Emmanuel.
