ROME, Ga. – Top-seeded Berry College defeated Rhodes College 3-0 (25-10, 25-16, 25-17) in a Southern Athletic Association volleyball quarterfinal match on Friday.

Meredith Hopper had a match-best 9 kills to lead the Vikings. Stephanie Quinn had 18 assists and Jennifer Tinnell recorded a match-high 18 digs for the home team.

Berry (25-5) faces the B-SC at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday in an SAA semifinal. The win was the 100^th career collegiate victory for Viking Head Coach Mika Robinson.

For Rhodes, Michelle Quina recorded 8 digs. Rhodes ends its year at 7-25.
