Box Score Brandyn Jackson and Cason Dremann had three hits apiece for Berry, but Emmanuel defeated the Vikings 12-5 Tuesday in Franklin Springs, Ga.
Jackson also scored once and Dremann drove in a run for Berry, which dropped to 10-7 overall with the loss. Austin Neely was 2-for-5 at the plate and drove in a pair of runs.
Righthander TJ Page started the game for the Vikings, tossing five innings and allowing five runs. Carter Reese allowed one earned run in two-thirds of an inning and took the loss.
Elliott Alexander, Aaron Epp and Cameron Mirthsching also pitched for the Vikings. Alexander threw 1 2/3 innings without allowing an earned run, Epp allowed two runs in two-thirds of an inning and Mirtsching did not allow an earned run in one-third of an inning.
Berry returns to action March 11 and 12, when it hosts doubleheaders against Bates College on both days. First pitch for Friday's twin bill is scheduled for 2 p.m.
