Berry College

Andrew Brookes joined the Berry College football staff in March of 2026, following a successful coaching and personnel stint at the University of Richmond. During his time with the Spiders, he served as Defensive Quality Control Coach and Operations & Player Personnel Assistant, contributing to recruiting, defensive scouting, player development, and football operations. Brookes helped Richmond capture consecutive CAA Championships in 2024 and 2025 and earn back-to-back FCS Playoff appearances. He also assisted in the development of multiple all-Conference and all-American selections. 

A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Criminal Justice, Brookes has developed a strong background in talent evaluation, recruiting, and player development. He is committed to building meaningful relationships with student-athletes and helping them succeed both on and off the field while contributing to the continued success of the Vikings football program.
