2014-15: Named to the SAA Spring 2014 Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll...dropped both of her singles matches....lost her lone doubles match.

2013-14: Posted a 1-1 overall singles record...won two sets 6-1 and 6-0 versus Maryville (2/25).

High School: Lettered in tennis at Cedartown High School...member of the Three Rivers Swim Club...involved with Key Club and National Honor Society...Renaissance Ambassador...volunteered with local women's shelter and local food drives.

Personal: Valerie Magriet De Wandel was born in Rome, Ga....the daughter of Martine and Roger De Wandel...has one sister, Sofie...undecided major at Berry College.
