Biography

ABOUT: Val is a native of Stockbridge, Georgia and the daughter of Tameka Cole-Williams and Larry Williams. Her biggest sports influence is her oldest brother, Terrill, who went on to play Division I football. She also enjoys singing, reading, and listening to music in her free time.

HIGH SCHOOL: At Union Grove High School, she became the Henry County Female Swimmer of the Year in 2025 and 2026, the Athletic Student Leadership Award winner, and graduated in the top 10% of her class. She holds six school records and one county record.
