High School: Georgia State swimmer three times...four-time county finals competitor...in water polo, made two state championships...scholar-athlete,  MVP, Team Spirit Award, NGHS Female Athlete of the Year...AP Scholar, honors graduate, community service seal and MENSA member.

Personal: Jessie Mary Cathcart was born in Suwanee, Ga....daughter of Maria and David Cathcart...has one brother, Jay, and a sister, Alex...animal science major and honors college at Berry...works in campus in Gunby Equine Center.
