Biography

ABOUT: Emily is from Lexington, Kentucky, and she is the daughter of Michael and Kimberly Walsh and sister to Katy. Emily majors in psychology and enjoys hiking, reading, and playing pickleball in her free time. As a superstition, she always listens to the same music, wears her hair the same way, and always eats honey before games. Walsh’s favorite superhero is Wonder Woman.

HIGH SCHOOL: As a Paul Laurence Dunbar Bulldog, Emily was a National Honor Society Secretary and was a member of the Spanish Honor Society. On the soccer field, she was the 2022 PLD Girls Soccer MVP, made the All 43rd District Tournament Team in 2022, and was All Region and All-City in 2022 as well.
