Biography

ABOUT: Sophia is from Beaufort, South Carolina, her parents’ names are Robert and Yvette Pellegrino. She has two siblings named Dante and Gio. She is a Biochemistry major and enjoys painting, reading, working out, and training her dog. Her favorite superhero is Iron Man. For good luck, she throws coins in the back of new cars, never opens an umbrella inside, and never walks under ladders.

HIGH SCHOOL: As a Beaufort High Eagle, Sophia broke her school’s record for most goals scored in a single season with 100, the previous record was 64. Sophia was also an Academic All-American for two years in a row and graduated 5th in her class.
