Biography

ABOUT: Mackenzie is from Ridgeville, South Carolina, and is the daughter of Jennifer and Scott Manning and has a sibling named Marley. Mackenzie is a dual engineering and applied physics major who enjoys participating in competitive robotics as her favorite hobby. Manning’s favorite superhero is Spider-Man.

HIGH SCHOOL: As an Ashley Ridge Swamp Fox, Mackenzie was named into the National Honor Society, earned the Board of Trustees Award 3x, was a 4x AP Scholar, and won multiple NCWIT awards. On the golf course, she was named Most Improved Player in 2021, “Hardest Worker” in 2022, and also earned the “First to Arrive, Last to Leave Award in 2023.
