2016 Women's Cross Country

SAA Runner-Up
First-Team All-SAA
Named to the SAA Academic Honor Roll.
Finished fifth at the NCAA Regionals, leading her team to a sixth place finish overall.
All-Region Team Member.
Competed in the National Cross Country Championships, as the first Berry College runner in their NCAA history, finishing with a time of 22.14.8.
Added a 6K PR at the Greater Louisville Classic in 22.04.8.
Member of the SAA All-Sportsmanship Team.
Competed in all eight races for the Vikings.
Finished in the top ten in six of her eight races.

2015:

Named All Region.
SAA All Conference First Team.
USTFCCA All-Academic.
Competed in all seven races, including one top-twenty finish and three top-ten finishes.
Placed second at the SAA Cross Country Championships, clocking in a time of 23:01, while leading the team to a second place finish.
Helped lead the team to a 12th place finish at the NCAA Regional Cross Country Championships (11/14), clocking in a time of 23:08 and finishing 18th.

2014:

All-South Region.
Second Team All-SAA.
Named to the SAA Honor Roll.
Team MVP.
Placed in the top-twenty in every meet, including four top-ten finishes.
Competed in all seven meets, including six 6Ks and one 5K.
Finished first on the team in every meet.
Placed sixth at the SAA Championships 6K earning Second Team All-SAA honors and setting a new personal best time of 23:03.
Lead the team to a ninth place finish out of 29 teams at the South/Southeast Cross Country Regional Championships.
Placed 12th out of 205 runners at the meet, earning All-South Region honors while achieving a 6K personal record time of 22:58.
Also competed in the Kiawah Island Half Marathon (12/14), posting a 6:27 personal record time of 1:28:31 and finishing 11th.

2013:

Totaled one top-twenty finish.
Competed in seven races, including six 6Ks and one half marathon.
Placed 15th in her first 6K at the Sewanee Cross Country Invitational, clocking in at 25:37.
Helped the team to a 14th place finish at the South/Southeast Regional Cross Country meet, clocking in at 24:20 and placing 60th.
Ran a personal record at the Kiawah Island Half Marathon, posting a time of 1:34:25.

High School:

Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track at First Presbyterian Day School in Macon, Georgia.
MVP of the cross country team her senior year.
Best distance runner award in track her senior year.
Honor roll student all four years of high school.
Volunteered with Save A Pet Humane Society and Habitat for Humanity.
