LIGONIER, Pa. — The Berry College women's golf team finished 6th out of 11 teams at the CMU Tartan Invitational on Tuesday. The tournament was cut to one round after the opening round was cut due to rain.
Freshman Sarah Beth Scarborough led the Vikings, shooting 10-over par in the 18-hole round to tie for 14th. Loren Kim followed with a tie at 17th shooting 11-over while Jorie Hodapp tied for 22nd with a 12-over total. Choloe Wegienka (+17) and Morgan Collins (+18) also finished in the top-50.
The Vikings return to action on Oct. 13-15 at the Golfweek Preview in Sandestin, Fla.
