SILVIS, Ill. - For the third straight year, Berry College's Ryan Elmore has been named to the NCAA Division III PING All-America teams.
Elmore earns first-team honors for the first time in his career after being named third-team last year and honorable mention during his sophomore season.
He closed out his career last week at the NCAA Division III Championships with a top five finish and has had a banner year leading the men's golf team. He was named a semifinalist for the prestigious Jack Nicklaus National Player of the Year Award, was named the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Player of the Year, collected two SAA Golfer of the Week honors, and placed top 10 on five occasions.
Elmore also closed the season as the third ranked individual player according to Golfstat's rankings, shooting a 72.59 average for the season.
