Biography

ABOUT: From Acworth, Georgia, Sean enjoys golfing, video games, and motocross racing in his free time. Martinez is a Communications major, and as a pre-game ritual, he takes naps before every game he plays to ensure he is well-rested for each contest. Martinez’s favorite superhero is Batman. 

HIGH SCHOOL: As an Etowah Eagle, Sean excelled both on the field and in the classroom. Academically, he was awarded the “Lamp of Knowledge,” and spots in the  BETA and Key Academic Clubs. Athletically, Martinez was awarded with the Most Improved Player Award in his sophomore year and the Coaches Award in 2024. His performance also affected winning, with his team being crowned 6A Region Champions in his senior season to go along with a 6A Second Team All-Region honor to cap off his career.
