Biography

ABOUT: From Suwanee, Georgia, Alex is majoring in Exercise Science and minoring in Strength and Conditioning. He enjoys swimming, lifting, and going on adventures. His favorite superhero is Silver Surfer, and is the son of Adam and Lori Forrand. He has two siblings named Arden and Aidan.
