Mike Voso

    Assistant Coach (Volunteer)
Mike Voso returns to the Berry College Men's Lacrosse program as a volunteer on the coaching staff. He was one of the founding members of the program during the 2011 season. He has been coaching in various capacities over the last 15 years including youth, high school, high school club, and college club lacrosse.

In 2024, Voso made an immediate impact, helping the Vikings to a semi-final appearance. In 2025, Voso helped lead Berry to host a first-round playoff game. 
 
After moving back to Rome from Atlanta in 2020, he began volunteering at the Darlington School in Rome, GA. While living in Atlanta, he led the Emory Club Lacrosse program for two years and coached at the Copperhead and Crossfire programs. After graduating from Berry College, he also helped start the Campbell Middle School Lacrosse program in Smyrna, GA.
 
At Berry College, Voso played three seasons on defense as a founding member of the program during which the team won the 2013 SAA Regular Season Championship. He sustained a career-ending injury in 2013 but joined Coach Gilbert and Coach Byers on the coaching staff to close out his senior year. He was awarded the Berry College Athletics Inspiration Award in 2014 for his dedication to Berry Athletics and for serving as President of ABC (Athletes Bettering the Community).
 
Mike graduated from Berry College in the spring of 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Aside from lacrosse, he serves as the Director of Packaging at a national marketing and operations solutions company.
 
Mike lives in Rome with his wife, Chrissy, who also works at Berry, and his two children.
