2011-2012: Posted scores in eight tournaments...posted his best individual finish at the O'Briant-Jensen Memorial (10/24-25/2011)...placed tied for 28th at that event with two rounds of 83 and 73 respectively...averaged 78.11 strokes per round for the season.

2010-11: Posted scores in eight tournaments…had one top- five finish in the Bluegrass Fall Classic (9/8-9/9)...he shot two rounds of 77 and 75 to place fifth…shot a 152 at the Rome News Tribune Invitational (03/14-03/15/2011) to finish tied for 31st…fired a season-low 74 at the Chick-Fil-A Collegiate Invitational (10/04-10/05/2010) to end the tournament in a tie for 47th…averaged 81.24 strokes per round this season.

2009-10: Played in five tournaments and 12 rounds...the Rome News-Tribune Invitational was his best tournament...he shot two rounds of 75 and 79 respectively to tie for 48th out of 104 participants...his average round for the season was 79.1.
 
High School: Played golf and soccer at Heritage Academy...participated in social services at hospitals...received awards for both math and science.

Personal: Jose Manuel Garcia was born in Mexico City, Mexico...the son of Herla and Jose Garcia...has one brother, Rodrigo and one sister, Herla....majoring in sports management and economics at Berry.
