2014-15: Member of the 2015 SAA Championship team...named to the SAA Academic Team...played in four events on the season...put up a season low of 76 in the first round of the Bulldog Invitational (4/13-4/14)...shot a 79 in the second round of that event for a 13 over par finish...finished tied for eleventh at the Bermuda Men's Collegiate (3/23-3/24)...shot 77 in the first round and 81 in the second, finishing at 17 over par...finished the season with an average of 79.25 strokes per round.
2013-14: Named to the SAA Spring 2014 Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll...appeared in three events...shot his best in the second round of the Chick Fil-a Classic (9/30-10/1) recording a 74...finished at seven over par in that event, his best showing of the season...had his best finish at the George H. Bedwell Classic (4/14-4/15)...he placed 23rd at that event after shooting two rounds of 81 and 83 respectively...averaged 80 strokes per round overall.
2012-13: Second Team All-SAA. Named to the Spring 2013 SAA Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll. Competed in five events, including one top five finish...shot his best in the first round of the SAA Championships (4/26/13) recording a 72...had his best showing at the SAA Championships finishing at four over par for two rounds...his best finish came at the SAA Championships...tied for sixth in that event after shooting two rounds of 72 and 76 respectively...averaged 79.00 strokes per round overall.
High School: Lettered in golf...team won the regional championship all four years...won the state title in 2010...finished third at state in 2012...involved with Mu Alpha Theta, Spanish Honor Society and Habitat for Humanity.
Personal: Jacob Edward Paquet was born in Fort Worth, Texas...the son of Cathy and John Paquet...has one sister, Jessi...SAA All-Academic Team for the spring of 2013...named to the Dean's List spring 2014...his on-campus job is working at the cage center...majoring in exercise science and minoring in psychology at Berry.
