As a leader, i want to make sure that everyone's voices are heard and that I can do what is best for my team through effective communication. 

What is your favorite part about being a Berry Viking?
My favorite part of being a Berry Vikings is the amazing community surrounding Berry. There is so many resources and people around you that have your back.
