    Justin Shaw was hired as Berry’s running backs coach in July 2021.

    Prior to joining the Vikings, Shaw worked at Northern Durham High School from 2018-2021, serving as the inside linebacker coach in 2018, the tight end coach in 2019 and the special teams coordinator the following two seasons.

    Shaw attended Saint Augustine University in Raleigh, North Carolina where he played football and served as the team captain in 2016 and 2017. Upon graduation, Justin also spent a year coaching at Saint Augustine University.
