Daniel Hill Named Berry Football Wide Receivers Coach

ROME, Ga. — Berry Athletics Director Angel Mason announced today the addition of Daniel Hill to the Berry football coaching staff. Hill will take over as assistant coach for wide receivers.

“I am really grateful to have this opportunity with Berry football as the team’s wide receivers coach,” Hill said. “Coach Kunczewski and his staff have had tremendous success thus far, and I look forward to being a part of the future of the program. The standards that have been set for Berry football are high, and my wife and I are grateful to be in Rome working for this college. We are truly in a special place with great people.”

Hill joins Berry from Illinois Wesleyan University where he served as the wide receivers coach for two years. Under his leadership, the 2018 team ranked No. 1 in passing offense in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) and won a pair of CCIW titles.

We have a tremendous amount of respect for their program. He is a true teacher of the game and works tremendously hard at his craft. Our receivers will flourish under his leadership.”
