Appeared in 37 games...hit .308 with 14 doubles, one triple, two home runs, 32 RBIs, three stolen bases and 12 walks...finished with a .388 on-base percentage and a .477 slugging percentage...totaled 11 multi-hit games...had one home run and two RBIs in a 10-1 win at Guilford (2/7)...scatterd two hits in four at bats and knocked in five RBIs in Berry's 13-5 at Maryville (Tenn.) 2012: Made 28 starts and hit .357 with seven doubles, 23 RBIs, 17 runs scored and nine walks...recorded a .429 slugging percentage and a .414 on-base percentage...struck out seven times in 98 at-bats...batted .556 against left-handed pitching and .390 with runners in scoring position...had nine multi-game outings as well as seven multi-RBI performances...notched four hits and four RBIs against North Park (02/25).
2011: Hit .151 (8-for-53) with two doubles, 10 walks and drove in six runs…started all 17 games in which he played…started behind the plate in four games, at first base in four games and as the designated hitter in nine games…had a pair of hits in games against Bates (03/11) and Tennessee Temple (03/25)…both hits in that Bates game were doubles.
High School: Lettered in baseball at Newnan High School...hit .415 with 18 home runs and 61 runs batted, while putting together a 12-0 record on the mound with 65 strikeouts in 60 2/3 innings of work during his high school career…held opposing batters to a .160 batting average during career...team reached state quarterfinals in 2008 and 2009...earned his baseball team’s Senior Award...on the gridiron, honored with the Newnan’s Golden Helmet Award for outstanding performance in athletics and academics...honors graduate who earned a foreign language seal.
