Berry College

Dylan Beasley joined the Vikings staff in 2022 as a volunteer coach for two seasons and was promoted to Assistant Baseball Coach/Pitching Coach in 2024. 

In his second season primarily handling the pitchers, Beasley helped coach seven All-SAA athletes, including relief pitcher Cole Porter. He helped lead a team that broke single-game records in runs scored, stolen bases, and doubles.

During his first season as the pitching coach in 2024, Beasley produced the SAA pitcher of the Year and helped the team to a second-place seed entering the conference tournament with and overall record of  28-14.  

A Berry graduate and stand-out baseball player, Beasley was a member of Berry College’s first SAA Championship team in 2018 and a two-time All-SAA player. He received ABCA Third team honors in 2019 and was drafted by the Washington Nationals in the 32nd round where he played for two seasons. 

Dylan now resides in Rome.
