ABOUT: Alana comes to the Vikings from Atlanta, Georgia, she is the daughter of Harriet Jordi and Austin Azeta and has a brother named Justin. Outside of basketball she likes to paint, read, and drive around with no purpose as well as volunteer and do yoga with her mother. Azeta believes Big Foot is real and in the power of knocking on wood! She is majoring in Business Management.

HIGH SCHOOL: The Bulldog from Chamblee High brings a list of honors both academically and athletically to the team. Academically she was a National Honor Society member, Interact Club member, Beta Club Member, FBLA Member, Physics Club President, took many AP classes, was on the Academic honor roll every year, won the leadership award, was the recipient of the Community Service Award and the Civic Engagement Diploma Seal Earner. On the court she was a three-time All-Region Player, two-time Chamblee High School Athlete of the Year, All-County Player, Dekalb Tip Off Club Player of the Year and a Top 15 player, as well as being named a top 20 center in the state of Georgia, a two-year Honorable mention from Sandy’s Spiel, and the recipient of the Coke Basketball Award her senior year.
