MOUNT BERRY, Ga. – Head coach Matthew Richter has announced four new additions to his 2026-27 roster.
 
Kenneth Reid Winton Jr.
Reid is from Huntsville, Alabama and the son of Jammie and Kenneth Winton. He graduated from Whitesburg Christian Academy as a member of the honor roll and National Honors Society. On the court, he earned All-City Team and Postseason All-Tournament Team honors, and he was also a member of both Pro One Basketball and UWIN Serventz. Reid chose Berry because it was the best fit for him on and off the court and will set him up for a successful career. He sees his dad as his biggest sports influence, and he enjoys hanging out with friends, working out, and going on hikes in his free time.
 
Will Ocran
Will is from Alpharetta, Georgia and the son of Jackie and William Ocran. He was a member of East Cobb Playmakers and graduated from Milton High School, earning Breakout Player of the Year honors. Will chose Berry because of the amazing campus, and his biggest sports influence is Kevin Durant. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer.
 
Hudson McKnight
Hudson is a native of Brentwood, Tennessee and graduated from Brentwood High School. On the court, he was an all-district and all-region point guard, a two-time state-qualifier, and starter for three and a half years. He also played for the Shockers 2026 AAU Basketball Program, winning Adidas Gold for his talent. He chose Berry because it was the perfect fit for him, and he sees his dad as his biggest sports influence. In his free time, Hudson enjoys golfing and hanging out with friends.
 
Trey Davis
Trey is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and the son of Ashley and Tyler Davis. He graduated from Mountain Brook High School as a member of the National Honors Society, and as a member of the basketball team was named to the all-area team in 2025, the Pensacola Beach All-Tournament team in 2026, and the Northeast Regional All-Tournament team in 2025 and 2026. Trey chose Berry because of the strong team culture and felt the school would prepare him best for life after basketball. He sees his brother as his biggest sports influence, and he enjoys hanging out with friends, video games, watching Netflix, and playing pickleball in his spare time.
