Uhls Named D3baseball.com and ABCA/Rawlings All-American

MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - Riley Uhls of the Berry College baseball program has been named to both the D3baseball.com and ABCA/Rawlings All-American team. This is the first year that he has been named to both in the same season.

For the first time in his career Uhls was named to the D3baseball.com All-American Team as he was named a Fifth Team All-American.

Uhls was also named an ABCA/Rawlings All-American for the second year in a row as he was selected as a Third Team All-American improving upon his Fourth Team honors from the previous year.

Uhls finishes his Berry career with a Vikings record 202 RBI and 52 doubles to go with a .395 batting average, 129 runs scored, .600 slugging percentage, .453 on base percentage, 232 hits and 18 home runs over 159 games played while being named All-SAA in his final three seasons including being named Athlete of the Year this year.

The ABCA/Rawlings All-America teams are selected by members of the ABCA All-America committees, with only ABCA/Rawlings All-Region First Team selections eligible for All-America honors. The 2026 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Div. III All-Region teams were announced Tuesday.
 
Paul Hesse of the University of Mount Union serves as Chair of the ABCA NCAA Division III All-America & Coach of the Year Committee. Committee members also include Brian Casey (U.S. Coast Guard Academy), Pete Egbert (Misericordia University), Dan Gomez (Western New England University), Ray Hedrick (Randolph-Macon College), Luke Johnson (North Park University), Scott Laverty (Chapman University), Yogi Lutz (Alvernia University), Nick Pontari (SUNY Brockport), and Kevin Tomasiewicz (University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh).
 
Upcoming Announcements: The 2026 ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove teams for all divisions will be announced on Wednesday, June 17, followed by the ABCA NCAA Div. III Region All-Defensive teams on Thursday, June 18. ABCA/Rawlings National Pitchers and Position Players of the Year for all divisions will be announced on Monday, June 22.
 
The ABCA All-America team was first recognized in 1949 and now spans nine divisions: NCAA Divisions I, II and III, NAIA, NJCAA Divisions I, II and III, Pacific Association Division, and high school. ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove teams were first introduced in 2007.
