MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - The Berry College men's track and field team wrapped up the SAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships with record setting performances to take third place with 146 points.

Senior Troy Blackwood placed 3rd in the 5000m (15:35.57) while teammate Brooks Johnson (15:42.80) finished 7th.

Junior Bryson Hill threw a new PR to finish 3rd in the Shot Put with a toss of 13.87m while Dawson Livingston placed 6th with a throw of 13.60m.

Freshman Bryce Toomer finished 2nd in the Discus with a throw of 46.82m while Livingston finished 4th with a throw of 43.41m.

The Vikings 4x100 Relay team of Zion Gervais, Liam Jeffries, Braylon Kirkpatrick and Lucas Casaletta-Holmes finished third in 42.12 seconds

Sophomore T Harris finished second in the 1500m with a PR and the 5th fastest time in Berry D3 history of 3:57.48 while Thomas Brandon finished 6th in 4:03.11 while Tavian Anderson finished right behind him in 4:03.88.

Junior Berkey Powell finished 2nd in the 400m Dash in 48.55 seconds while Cameron Hewling finished 4th in 49.30 seconds and Corbin Dutcher finished 8th in 50.68 seconds.

Freshman Lucas Casaletta-Holmes finished 4th in the 100m Dash in 10.94 seconds while Braylon Kirkpatrick finished right behind in 11.06 seconds.

Sophomore Andy Forsyth won the 800m in a PR and SAA record of 1:53.21 while Ethan Smith finished 7th in 1:56.42.

Junior Ryan Barch finished 4th in 58.41 seconds while Michael Rios-Campos finished 6th in 1:00.60.

Freshman Lucas Casaletta Holmes finished 4th in the 200m Dash in 22.09 seconds while Zion Gervais finished 5th in 22.23 seconds.

The Vikings then capped off the meet winning the 4x400 Relay in an SAA record time of 3:17.39 with the team of Corbin Dutcher, Braylon Kirkpatrick, Cameron Hewling and Berkey Powell. The time is ranked #30 in the nation.
