MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - Freshman setter Ava Brovet and junior outside hitter Madie Whitehead were both named to AVCA Region 6 All-Region after stellar regular season and conference tournament showings. 

Whitehead's breakout junior season saw her lead the SAA by a considerable amount in kills with a total of 403. She also added 36 aces and 72 blocks to round out her magnificent season.  

Brovet filled in a big way for departed senior setter Lindsey MacDiarmid, with a total of 1,045 total assists in just her freshman season. She also added 49 service aces and 68 total blocks on her way to AVCA All-Region recognition.
